Audio slideshow: On the campaign trail

Photographer Simon Roberts was selected by the House of Commons to be the official 2010 British Election Artist. In the weeks before the general election, he travelled around the country in his motorhome - and used it to gain a unique perspective of the campaign trail.

His work - and hundreds of other pictures submitted by members of the public - has now been added to the Parliamentary Art Collection in central London. Take a look back to the spring of 2010, and Simon Roberts' journey in his very own battle bus.
