Consett leisure centre stabbing suspect held

A man has been arrested following a stabbing at a gym in County Durham.
Police were called to the Belle View Leisure Centre in Consett at about 14:20 GMT where a 22-year-old man had suffered stab wounds.
He was taken to Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary by air ambulance. His condition is not known.
Officers evacuated the venue in Ashdale Road. Durham Police said a 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding.
