Hartlepool: Father and son named as murder probe continues
A father and son whose bodies were found in Hartlepool after a suspected murder have been named by police.
Peter Cooke, 68, and his son, who is also called Peter Cooke, 36, were found dead at a property in Eaglesfield Road at about 23:40 GMT on Friday.
A woman, 39, who was arrested on suspicion of murder remains on bail while inquiries continue.
Cleveland Police said the circumstances surrounding the two deaths were still being investigated.
The force said the family of the men have asked for privacy, and added that patrols had been stepped up in the area.
Anyone with information regarding the deaths have been asked to contact police.
