Hundreds of homes are without power caused by a fault in the overhead network.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) has apologised to the 360 Oxfordshire homes affected.
It said it has engineers in the Lower Heyford area and it hopes to get the problem fixed by 23:00BST.
SSEN added that this is the most common type of fault that their engineers see and it will keep residents updated on the progress of the repairs.
