Plane crashes at Langham airfield leaving three in hospital
Three people were injured after the light aircraft they were in crashed while attempting to take off, police said.
Emergency services were called at about 15:40 BST to Langham airfield on Cockthorpe Road, near Holt in Norfolk.
Two men and a woman on board the plane remain at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers remain at the site and a cordon is in place.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service deployed several crews to the incident and firefighters said they used a foam blanket to cover a fuel spill.
The Air Accident Investigation Branch was investigating, police said.
