Ellesmere Port murder arrest after man dies in house

Police were called to Blakemere Court in Ellesmere Port at about 03:15 BST on Saturday
Detectives investigating the murder of a man who was found injured in a house have made an arrest.
Attempts were made to resuscitate the victim at Blakemere Court in Ellesmere Port, but he died at the scene.
A 22-year-old man from Ellesmere Port has been arrested on suspicion of murder, following the victim's death in the early hours of Saturday.
A post-mortem examination revealed the victim sustained "multiple injuries", Cheshire Police said.
It "appears to be an isolated incident", which happened at about 03:15 BST.
The force said issued an appeal for anyone with information to contact them.
