A fishing boat in a popular tourist spot has been cordoned off by armed police.
Officers were called to Yarmouth Harbour on the Isle of Wight at 20:51 BST on Saturday, where the RNLI had been on-scene to assist a boat.
Three men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said a boat had also been seized as part of the investigation.
Those arrested were a 40-year-old man from Windsor, a 54-year-old man from Gosport and a 40-year-old man from Portsmouth.
The force said it was working to establish the circumstances around the boat.
