Stroud man charged with manslaughter of soldier Jack Mitchell
A 29-year old man has been charged with killing a soldier outside a nightclub in Stroud.
Jake Davies, from Bowbridge, has been charged with manslaughter following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, police said.
Mr Davies has been bailed to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on 2 May.
Jack Mitchell, a gunner at Larkhill Camp in Wiltshire, died outside the Warehouse nightclub in Stroud in the early hours of Sunday, 5 February.
