Police say a house in Coventry is being searched
An 18-year-old woman has been arrested in Coventry on suspicion of terrorism offences.
Police said the woman was arrested on suspicion of inviting support for a proscribed organisation and distributing terrorist material.
She is being questioned by West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.
West Midlands Police said an address in Coventry was being searched. The arrest had been pre-planned and the public had not been at risk, the force added.
