Man in court over Birmingham Jewellery Quarter shooting
A man has appeared in court following a shooting in Birmingham.
A man was shot in the leg in the incident on Frederick Street in the Jewellery Quarter at about 03:00 GMT on 10 December.
A 23-year-old man, from the city, has been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
At a hearting at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Boxing Day he was remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 23 January.
