The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ has cancelled Match of the Day spin-off show MOTDx after four years.

MOTDx was hosted by Jermaine Jenas and featured football chat and interviews plus music, comedy and games.

A ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ spokesperson said: "We have made some changes to our football output this season which means we will be producing even more digital content for audiences across ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Sport platforms.

"Whilst we are proud of MOTDx and would like to thank everyone involved, it will no longer continue."

Launched in 2019, MOTDx aired on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Two and ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Three and was billed as celebrating "football, music and culture from around the Premier League".

As well as players, its guests included musicians like Aitch, Self Esteem and Loyle Carner, and personalities including comedian Maisie Adam, DJ Reece Parkinson and former Love Islander Jordan Hames.

Former Tottenham and England midfielder Jenas, 40, is also a regular pundit on Match of the Day and Match of the Day 2, and one of the main hosts of ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ One's The One Show.
