Two men have been arrested after the discovery of a cannabis farm in Abbeydale, Redditch.

A total of 220 plants were seized on Thursday after police exercised a warrant to search the premises.

The two men, aged 41 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and remain in police custody while inquiries continue.

Sgt David Roberts from the Redditch Safer Neighbourhood Team, which carried out the raid, said: "Our actions today will have dismantled their operations and prevented more people becoming victims of their crimes."
