Kent Police is appealing for witnesses after a man was killed in a crash between two motorbikes on the A2.

Officers were called to the London-bound carriageway near Dartford Heath just after 08:00 BST on Friday.

Police said a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

A second man was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.

The crash involved a grey BMW motorcycle and a black Kawasaki motorcycle.

Detectives are appealing for any dashcam footage taken in the area at the time.
