A9 crash near Aviemore leaves two in hospital
Emergency services, including Police Scotland, were called out to the accident

A 60-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A9 on Tuesday afternoon.
He was driving a Skoda which was involved in a collision with a Toyota Hilux pick-up near Lynwilg south of Aviemore at 14:00.
The man was airlifted to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow.
The 17-year-old driver of the Toyota was seriously injured and taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. His condition has been described as stable.
The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that three ambulances, one critical care paramedic, a trauma team and two air ambulances were sent to the scene.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said three appliances from Aviemore, Carrbridge and Grantown all attended.
The A9 was closed for seven hours following the crash. It reopened at 21:30 on Tuesday.
