Police have released CCTV images of a man sought in connection with the rape of a woman in Ascot.

Thames Valley Police said the woman, in her 20s, was attacked as she walked along a footpath near Station Hill between 23:00 and 23:30 BST on 21 June.

The force said the man in the images may have "vital information" in connection with its investigation.

Det Insp Liam Butler said officers were "continuing to investigate this concerning incident".

He urged the man pictured or anyone who recognised him to contact the force.
