Woman charged with murdering Odhrán Kelly

A 43-year-old woman who was facing charges of assisting an offender in relation to the death of Odhrán Kelly in Lurgan has now been charged with his murder.

The 23-year-old victim's body was found beaten and burned beside a car on 3 December 2023.

On Friday, Craigavon Magistrates' Court heard Andrea Catherine Stevenson, from Edward Street in Lurgan, is accused of his killing.

Five people in total, two men and three women, have been charged in connection with his death.

Shane Harte, 32, of Garland Avenue, and Gary Damien Scullion, 32, of Edward Street, have also been charged with murder.

The other two women, Stephanie McClelland, 36, of Shan Slieve, and Crystal Angela Redden, 30, of Fort Mhaoilir in County Galway, are facing charges arising from the death.

The case has been adjourned until 11 October.
