Three new homes set to replace veterinary practice
Plans for a veterinary practice to be turned into three residential homes have been given the green light.
Vet Partners Limited, on Broadway, Peterborough, is set to be demolished after permission was granted for the building to be turned into houses.
According to , two four-bedroom houses and one three-bedroom property will be developed, along with eight parking spaces.
The applicant said the building was "no longer fit for purpose as a modern day veterinary practice" and the cost of refurbishing the site was "too excessive".
The veterinary practice, which had been based at the site for 40 years, is looking for new premises to relocate to.
