Lambs rescued after getting trapped in culvert
The mature lambs were believed to be stuck for two to three days

Three lambs have been rescued after getting stuck in a culvert for between two and three days.
They were trapped about four metres (13ft) inside the small passage that runs under a road in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) crew members from Llandovery fire station were called to the rescue on Saturday.
With the help of the farmer, they used two long-reach rescue poles to successfully rescue the lambs in just over three hours.
The culvert was approximately two feet squared at it's narrowest point
A culvert is a tunnel or structure that typically runs waste water under a road or railway.
Specialist poles were used as no one was allowed to enter due to the risks involved.
MAWWFRS currently has specialist animal rescue teams based at Pontardawe, Carmarthen, Machynlleth and Rhayader fire stations who use a variety of animal rescue equipment.
It was a group effort to rescue the three mature lambs from the tunnel
