Teen's murder arrest after man found stabbed
A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed.
Emergency services were called to Riverfield Drive in Bedford at about 14:00 BST and a man, aged in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene soon after.
Bedfordshire Police said the 18-year-old suspect was being questioned in custody.
Det Insp Dale Mepstead said the incident happened in a busy area with several people present and asked anyone with information to contact the force.
An area on the road would remain cordoned off, including the car park at the local B&M store, police said.
