Overview:
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Media Action developed a mobile phone app to help community health workers (CHWs) communicate better with their clients in urban slums about sexual and reproductive health. This evaluation found that the job aid app was particularly useful to the CHWs in convincing their previously reluctant clients to attend antenatal check-ups and to dispel myths about family planning methods.
This project was funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
