Publication date: September 2023

Â鶹ԼÅÄ Media Action worked with Georgetown University to develop a qualitative study to investigate the social norms that inhibit women’s participation in political leadership at all levels. Â鶹ԼÅÄ Media Action’s Research and Learning team used Social Norms Exploration Techniques () to assess key drivers and barriers relating to this issue, and how to amplify the former and overcome the latter.
Full details of the insights discovered can be found in the research briefing document attached.
