Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayer isn't available on my device, how else can I watch programmes?

If the Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayerÌýapp isn't available or supported on your device, there may still be ways for you to enjoy our programmes.

On a TV device

On an Android or Amazon phone or tablet

Your device will need to be running Android 7Ìýand above,Ìýor Fire OS 6Ìýand above to use the Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayer app.ÌýIf it's running an earlier version of Android or Fire OS, you might be able to update it.

If your device is unable to install the iPlayer app, you may be able to use the website.

First, check what version of Android or Fire OS your device is running.

  • Android:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap About phone / About device
  3. Then tapÌýAndroid Version
  • Amazon Fire:
  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  2. Open the Quick Settings menu
  3. Go to More > Device > About

Then, check if an update is available.

  • Android: Go to Settings > About phone / About device > Update > Check for Updates
  • Amazon Fire: Go to Settings > Device options > System updates >ÌýCheck now

On an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
