How do I find live programmes on my connected TV?

Here's how you can watch live TV through Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer:Μύ

  1. °δ³σ΄Η΄Η²υ±πΜύChannels (TV icon) from the menu on the left-hand side
  2. Scroll to the channel you would like to watch
  3. Select the On Now panel
  4. Choose whether you want to watch the current programme live or from the beginning

Can't see the On Now panel?

There are two possible reasons for this:

  • If the channel isn't currently broadcasting, you won't see the On Now panel. For example, CBeebies and CΒι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ broadcast between 7am and 7pm, so outside those times the On Panel won’t show for those channels.Μύ

Live online-onlyΜύcontent

Sometimes there will be live content available on iPlayer that isn't showing on any Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ channel. This commonly happens with sporting or music events, where additional streams are available online. These streams are often available from the iPlayer homepage, but can also be found by searching for the programme name, for example Question Time, Glastonbury or Tennis,Μύor within the category of the stream, for example Music, NewsΜύor Sport.
