First, check the known issues page to see if the problem you've spotted is already listed.

  • The name of the programme
  • What episode it is (title and/or date)
  • Whether you're experiencing the problem on the website, the mobile/tablet app or on the TV app
  • Whether you're watching live, on demand or as a download
