Are programmes with sign language available?

Yes, signed programmes are available on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer.

Recently we have been able to make some live programmes available signed, including Strictly Come Dancing and the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury. These are available via iPlayer during the TV broadcast, and can be found by searching for the programme in question and choosing the signed option.Μύ

Our on-demand content can be found in theΜύSigned category. You can find categories on the homepage of the iPlayer website, in the ·΅³ζ±θ±τ΄Η°ω±πΜύtab on the mobile app, or in the left-hand menu on the TV app.

On the TV andΜύmobile/tabletΜύapp, the speech bubble on the playback page will also allow you to switch to the signed version of the programme, if available. On the website, the sign language option can be found underneath the programme description.Μύ

On the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer website, you'll see a white banner at the top of the screen when you've selected to watch a programme with Sign Language.

To switch off Sign Language, you can either click 'Turn off Sign Language' on the white banner, or click onΜύSign Language underneath the playback screen.

Please note that the on-screen signer cannot be removed from signed versions of programmes.
