Connected TV | Update
If Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayer is failing or struggling to load on your connected TV, we recommend:
- Ensuring that your TVÌýfirmware/system is up to date
- Trying a factory reset
- Working through all of the steps in our Troubleshooting problems on connected TVs and games consoles page
You'll find instructions on how to update your TV's firmware and carry out a factory reset in your TVÌýmanual, or you can contact your manufacturer's support service for further advice.
If that doesn’t help, check to see if you have another device (possibly even already connected to your TV) that supports Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayer as an interim measure. If you have a Chromecast device, you can cast programmes from the Â鶹ԼÅÄ iPlayer app on your phone or tablet.
