KIBBLE PALACE, BOTANICS
From the centre of Glasgow, follow directions for the West End of the city. The Kibble Palace is located in the Botanic gardens and once you reach the stunning gardens you can't miss the huge dome face of the Kibble Palace.
Built by engineer John Kibble at his home in Coulport, it was presented to the Botanics in 1873.

A walk through Kelvingrove park will
lead you to this stunning red sandstone building ,first opened in 1901.

KELVINGROVE PARK, Nearest tube Kelvinbridge.
This sprawling park dating back to 1851 can be found in Glasgow's west End. Amenities include tennis, bowling, childrens' swing parks and a skate park and BMX bike ramp.

Founded in 1845 as a Government School of Design, Glasgow Art School is one of the few remaining independent Art Schools in the UK. Discover the building known as the Mackintosh building, which is the work of the art school’s famous former pupil Charles Rennie Mackintosh who was commissioned in 1896 to design a home for the school.

This Victorian building dates back to 1892 . The resident Agnes Toward hoarded all sorts of domestic trivia dating back many years. After her death, the property and all the artefacts from Victorian years gone by came into the care of the National Trust for Scotland and left Glasgow with a living museum of its past.
