Help playing audio/video Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's 100 Lives project gives us a unique snapshot of life in the 21st century by following the lives of 100 people over the year. A cross-section of people took part, and to mark the end of the year, many came to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent studios for a Christmas party, live on air. The project leaves a legacy too - a special record will be held at the Wessex Film and Sound Archive. Over the year we've met people fighting illness; leaving to live overseas; starting a new business; undergoing new medical techniques; and a someone on a journey of gender reassignment. And for some of these people, their journey is still ongoing - and they're going to stay in touch. They're set to become a 'Julian's person', where they'll feature on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's breakfast programme from time to time as their lives move on. last updated: 18/12/2008 at 10:35 You are in: Hampshire > Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent > Programme Features > Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's 100 Lives |
