Personal Service Companies

The arrangements set out below will also apply to a freelance individual who contracts through a personal service company provided that the personal service company has never traded in the services of anyone else. Where the personal service company has, at any time, traded in the services of someone else, the freelance individual contracting through it will not be eligible for the arrangements below. Freelance individuals wishing to contract through a personal service company can check their eligibility for the arrangements below via the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ department they will be working for.
