Tostada recipes
A tostada is usually made with a fried or toasted corn tortilla and topped with a variety of ingredients, such as refried beans, cheese and salsa. Similar to a taco, but crispy and flat, tostada means 'toasted' in Spanish. The dish is popular in Mexico and other parts of Latin America.
