Travelling frittata
Starting the day right doesn't have to mean waking up earlier. Eat this fritatta on the go!
You will need a 225ml/8fl oz heatproof container with a fitted lid.
Method
Put the eggs and milk in a 225g/8oz jam jar, season with salt and pepper and whisk with a fork.
Stir in the spinach, ham and Cheddar.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes 20 seconds, then leave to stand for a further 2 minutes. (Caution: the jar may be still be hot). Serve
