Tomato rubbed toast
Ingredients
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 slice sourdough, toasted
Method
Cut the tomato in half and rub the flesh side into the toast. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
