Stir-fried beansprouts with peppers and herbs

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the onion and red pepper and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  2. Add the garlic and cook for one minute, then add the beansprouts and cook for a further minute.

  3. Add the herbs, season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir.

  4. To serve, place into a serving dish.
