Ingredients

For the fried chicken

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin removed, meat cut into strips
  • 1 tsp curry powderÌý
  • 1 tsp saltÌý
  • 200ml/7fl oz yoghurt or buttermilkÌý
  • 40²µ/1½´Ç³ú plain flour
  • 40²µ/1½´Ç³ú cornflour
  • 40²µ/1½´Ç³ú polenta
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
