Broccoli pasta with chilli and garlic

A quick, easy and delicious pasta recipe that uses broccoli stalks as well as florets. Use any pasta you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 head of broccoli, florets and stalks chopped up quite finely
  • 500g/17½oz cooked pasta shapes
  • 50²µ/1½´Ç³ú Parmesan, finely grated
