Ingredients

  • duck: 3 free-range duck eggs
  • white bread: 3 slices white bread, toasted
  • butter: butter, to serve

Method

  1. Carefully place the duck eggs into a pan of boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and place in an egg cup.

  2. Butter the toast and cut into soldiers to serve with the eggs.
