  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • ¼ red cabbage, shredded
  • bunch of radishes, diced
  • 200g/7oz tomatoes, diced
  • 100²µ/3½´Ç³ú cheddar or similar cheese, grated
  • 2 hard-boiled free-range eggs, whites and yolks separated
  • 50²µ/1¾´Ç³ú tofu bacon bits (see )
  • finely snipped fresh chives
