The celebrities are being put through their paces in the MasterChef kitchen as the heat continues. One famous face has already flown the nest, leaving the others still in with a shot of making it into the quarter-final.

To kick things off, teamwork makes the dream work with the Pairs Challenge. Split into two teams, each pair is tasked with cooking a crowd-pleasing dish, which must be identical in both appearance and flavour. But only one team member has the basic instructions of how to cook the dish and will have to communicate to their teammate to get the job done. Will the celebrities get on like a house on fire or will it rain on their parade?

Next, the celebrities are pushed even further to their limits. Staying in their pairs, they head off to take on a lunchtime service in a busy professional kitchen. West African street food and Spanish tapas are the menus, and timing will be everything, as the chefs in these kitchens demand speed and precision in an environment like no other.

Then it’s back to the MasterChef kitchen for one final push in the Food Truck Challenge. John and Gregg have opened the MasterChef street food market, and each celebrity must create a dish they would serve if they had their own street food truck. Inspired creations are the name of the game, as the goods on offer must be mouth-wateringly scrumptious. Just 75 frantic minutes stand between them and a place in the quarter-final.

It's down to John and Gregg to break the news, as one celebrity will return to their locker with their MasterChef dream over. The other three will need to up the ante as they push on in the hope of becoming Celebrity MasterChef champion 2024.
