Tom Booton
Essex-born Tom Booton has been cooking in kitchens from the age of 14. He has worked in some of the country's best restaurants since then, including Pied Γ Terre, Dabbous and most notably, The Westbury where he was head chef for a number of years under Alyn Williams.
In 2019, Tom took his energetic, modern British cooking to The Grill at The Dorchester, becoming the youngest head chef in the illustrious hotel's history.
