The White Family (Scotland)
The Whites are a large, close-knit farming family based in the Highlands of Scotland.
Mother, Lesley, lives on the family farm with her husband.
Her daughter, Dizzy, lives 40 minutes from the family farm with her boyfriend. Her cooking fortes are steak pie and carbonara and she loves making puddings.
Son, Struan, is the most inexperienced cook. He learnt to cook whilst working as a chalet boy during his gap year and would regularly video call his Mum to check his dishes were cooked properly.
