Sue Quinn

Sue Quinn is an award-winning food writer, journalist and cookbook author. Her articles and recipes regularly appear in leading food publications including the Telegraph, Sunday Times, Guardian, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Good Food, Sainsbury's and Waitrose magazine. She is also a columnist for delicious. magazine, writing investigative features on topical food and health issues, and has appeared on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 4’s The Food Programme and Woman’s Hour, and is a regular on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch programme.

Sue has written fourteen cookbooks, her most recent being Cocoa: an exploration of chocolate. Other titles include Roasting Tray Magic and her children’s book, The Kids Only Cook Book. She has also written cook books on topics ranging from Japanese to vegan cookery.

Born in Australia, Sue began her career as a news reporter, working for News Ltd International in Sydney and Canberra, before moving the UK as London correspondent. After a stint at the Guardian as a home news reporter, she went freelance, and began editing and then writing cook books.
