Shauna Froydenlund
Originally from Derry, Northern Ireland, Shauna comes from a family of restaurateurs. She has over 15 years experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, including five years as joint chef patron at the Michelin-starred Marcus at The Berkeley in Belgravia.
In 2018 and 2020, she represented her country on Great British Menu where she was runner-up for Northern Ireland. She is also a regular face on Saturday Kitchen.
