Nargisse Benkabbou
Nargisse Benkabbou describes herself as a Moroccan girl, based in London. Executive chef at Marrakech restaurant, L’mida, she is passionate about Moroccan food and loves sharing her cultural heritage and putting her own twist on traditional dishes. She grew up in Brussels, where her Moroccan parents filled the family kitchen with food from their homeland. Her debut cookbook Casablanca: My Moroccan Food was published in 2018, when Nargisse was named Rising Star for Food by The Observer.
