Liberty Mendez

Liberty Mendez is a professional classically trained chef, freelance food writer, recipe tester, food stylist, presenter and food journalist.

Liberty started her career as a chef working in 5 star hotels and Michelin restaurants. After graduating a 3 year Professional Chef Diploma course at Westminster Kingsway College, specialising in pastry, Liberty went to work as a pastry chef at the House of Commons. Following this she worked as a Recipe Developer and Food Content Creator at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Good Food where she wrote recipes, food styled and presented shows. Alongside Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Good Food, Liberty has worked with brands such a Channel 4, Sorted Food, Olive magazine and the Great British Bake Off.
