Chris Harrison and his street food project Shoot The Bull bring gourmet food to places where traditional restaurants can’t. The idea came about while working at award-winning restaurant 1884 Dock Street Kitchen in Hull and since then they've been taking their restaurant to the street. Their 'Gastro Pop-up' is designed to appeal to those with a desire for great food that is affordable and exciting and without the restaurant waiting time.
Shoot the Bull was nominated for Best Takeaway/Street Food in the 2017 Food and Farming Awards.
