Charlotte Stirling-Reed
Charlotte is a registered nutritionist with a wealth of experience in many sectors. She works as a consultant on a variety of projects and areas of nutrition, but her specialist areas are infant and child nutrition, nutrition communications, weight loss and the media.
She regularly contributes to magazines and newspapers, including Mother & Baby, Harper’s Bazaar, the Metro, the Guardian, Women’s Health and Pregnancy & Birth. Her television work includes Channel 4’s ‘Food Unwrapped’ and the Â鶹ԼÅÄ's 'Food: Truth or Scare'.
