Aiden Byrne
Aiden was Tom Aikens' protΓ©gΓ©, working as his sous chef at Pied Γ Terre, in London. Later, he joined Tom at his eponymous restaurant as head chef.
When, as head chef at Adlards Restaurant in Norwich, the then 22-year-old Aiden won a Michelin star, he was the youngest person ever to earn the award. Since then, as well as running his own ventures, he has worked at a number of other distinguished restaurants in Ireland and across the UK.
