Μύ It's what any stylish DVD collection should be seen with - a copy of "Ocean's Eleven", a heist movie where every frame is a cool one.

Picture A film this slick demands a good transfer, and Warner Bros deliver with a warm, almost glowing image that radiates sophistication.
Sound This is not a movie about causing a commotion, and the 5.1 mix reflects this with few large effects. Instead it's about luxuriating in the delicious music score, and savouring subtle atmospherics that cocoon you into the bizarre 24-hour world of Las Vegas.

Audio Commentary One Our first commentary is a cosy chat between Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, and Brad Pitt. Don't expect to learn much here, because this is a meeting of people who clearly became good friends on set, and are just going to chill with a movie they like. Quite a bit of time is spent saying nice things about the rest of the cast, but the tone is of respect, rather than the fawning you might find in an awful promotional featurette. There's humour, too, often at the expense of George Clooney, who clearly had a ball, along with everyone else.
Audio Commentary Two Director Steven Soderbergh and writer Ted Griffin get to work dissecting the film, in the meatier of the two commentaries. What neither of them wanted were any references to the Rat Pack who starred in the original movie. While they worked at ironing those out and developing the script, producer Jerry Weintraub relentlessly milked his valuable Las Vegas connections to get the movie shot in places where you just don't get to make films.
There's plenty of detail on the logistics of shooting in highly sensitive casino locations, the fun on set, and analysis offered on what each actor brought to the project.
Behind-the-Scenes This 15-minute featurette doesn't reveal much, but there's some good footage, and a distinct lack of promotional cheese. What's clear from the cast and crew interviewed here is that they know this film is good, and seem to rein in any instincts to hype it up.
The Look of the Con This nine-minute featurette has more behind-the-scenes footage, with the emphasis on the costume design of the movie, and changes that were made.
