PROMS INSPIRE - OPEN REHEARSAL
Please note there is a chance to go behind the scenes with the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Scottish Symphony Orchestra, as they rehearse new music by composers Charlotte Bray, John Hopkins, Thomas Hyde and Diana Burrell at Glasgow City Halls. Be the first to hear world premiere works at the orchestra’s rehearsal and put your questions to the composers, in advance of the evening concert. If you’re thinking about entering this year’s Â鶹ԼÅÄ Proms Inspire Competition this is a great opportunity to take inspiration from some of the UK’s most exciting composers.

This event will take place from 14.30-17.30 and is open to 12 to 18 year-olds who are interested in creating music or learning more about composition. More information via the link at the bottom of the page.
