Zena Edwards is a poet and performer who uses ong, movement and global influences as a jump-off for her work. One-woman shows Security (2009) and Travelling Light (2011) both tour internationally to critical acclaim. She was nominated for the Arts Foundation Award for Performance Poetry in 2007 and won the Hidden Creatives Award 2012.

Roseanne Watt’s first collection of poetry, Moder Dy, has recently been published and is written in both English and her native Shaetlan – the language of the Shetland Islands. She won the Edwin Morgan Poetry Award last year and is also a filmmaker and musician.

Performance art poet Rufus Mufasa is the first poet-in-residence for Future Generations, and advocates for poetry development and education accessible to all.
